(fence built by ACTION FENCE FL.) is covered by a ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the date of installation, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This covers LABOR AND MATERIALS.<\/p><p>In addition, your product(s) may be covered by one or more of the following \u201cmaterials only\u201d warranties:<\/p><ul style=\"padding-top: 15px;\"><li>WOOD FENCE is covered by a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY<\/li><li>GALVANIZED CHAIN LINK FENCE INCLUDING VINYL COATED is covered by a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY<\/li><li>ALUMINUM FENCE is covered by a FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY<\/li><li>PVC or VINYL FENCE is covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY<\/li><li>GATES are included in the same WARRANTY AS ABOVE<\/li><li>OPERATORS ACCESS CONTROL GATES is covered by a FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY<\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"padding-top: 30px;\">There are limitations. Please read them. We think they are reasonable.<\/h4><p>To have a warranty, fences must have an ACTION FENCE FL. sign on them<\/p><p>This warranty covers new fences installed by ACTION FENCE FL. only and not repairs. After the first year, this warranty is for materials only, and ACTION FENCE FL. the sole obligation is limited to the replacement of defective parts or materials with the same or similar parts or materials. After the first year, removal and\/or installation are not included, and ACTION FENCE FL. is not responsible for these costs. This warranty does not cover personal injury, death, car crashes, or any incidental damages of any kind. This warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Any claim must be accompanied by the original contract for the purchase of that product.
